The short version

Fidgetto does not collect analytics, usage data or telemetry, and it has no user accounts. Your toys, designs and settings stay on your computer.

What the app contacts

• Polar, only to check that a Fidgetto Pro license key is valid and to count activations on your computers.
• A content server, to download toy files. Requests contain what any download request contains, such as your IP address, which our host may keep in ordinary server logs.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Polar, who act as merchant of record. Polar collects the details needed to process your payment, taxes and receipts, under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and license information so we can support you. We never see your card details.

This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and reliability.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email support@shadster.dev and we will help.
