Agreement

By downloading or using Fidgetto you agree to these terms. Fidgetto is provided by Shakthi Sagar M, trading as Shadster ("we").

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fidgetto. The free toys are free to use. Fidgetto Pro is a one-time purchase ($8.99) that unlocks every toy, including toys added later, and may be activated on up to 3 computers you own or use.

Purchases

Orders are processed by Polar as merchant of record. Polar sells the license to you, handles payment and applicable taxes, and issues your license key. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your license key publicly or beyond your 3 computers.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its toy files, except where law allows.

Availability

Fidgetto is offered for macOS, Windows and Linux. We may change, add or retire toys and features. Future toys are included in Pro for as long as Fidgetto is offered.

No warranty

Fidgetto is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
